Three decisions

Set it up without code.

01

Configure working Free Shipping and Local Pickup methods in WooCommerce first.

02

Open WooCommerce > Keep Local Pickup and enable the one display rule.

03

Test one cart below and one cart above the Free Shipping threshold on desktop and mobile.

Actual product

What you configure and what the visitor sees.

WooCommerce checkout showing both Free shipping and Local pickup choices
The rule keeps the two existing choices after WooCommerce has calculated them.
Keep Local Pickup settings with the Free Shipping plus Pickup switch enabled
Free has one explicit switch and states the unchanged-rate fallback beside it.
Keep Local Pickup Pro settings with named shipping zone and extra method checkboxes
Pro choices come from current WooCommerce names; the merchant does not type internal IDs.
Mobile WooCommerce checkout showing Free shipping and Local pickup
Both native choices remain available on a narrow checkout viewport.

Free and Pro

Free keeps working. Pro adds capacity.

Free 0.1.3

No account or license required

  • Keep every existing Free Shipping, Local Pickup, and Checkout Blocks pickup-location rate together.
  • Hide only the other rates in a package after WooCommerce has produced a valid Free Shipping rate.
  • Return the complete original list unchanged when Free Shipping is unavailable or any rate is malformed.

Prepared for WordPress.org submission; no public-directory approval is claimed yet.

Failure boundary

Designed to stop quietly instead of changing store truth.

The free workflow is independent of Stripe, the StoreFixKit license API, and Pro. A billing or network problem cannot rewrite the parent plugin's data.

  • Filters only the rate objects WooCommerce already calculated; it never creates, reprices, edits, or recalculates a rate.
  • Unknown or malformed rate objects return the complete original list instead of guessing.
  • No checkout JavaScript, shipping-zone write, cart-total change, order write, custom table, cron, telemetry, or remote request.
  • Deactivation immediately restores WooCommerce's full native calculated rate list.

14-day trial

No card required to test Pro on one site.

Stripe hosts checkout and billing. The StoreFixKit success page creates a product-bound license and Pro download. Add a payment method before trial end only if you want the annual plan to continue.

Before installing

Short answers to the important questions.

Does it create Local Pickup or Free Shipping?

No. Configure both methods in WooCommerce first; the plugin only filters the valid rate list already returned.

What happens below the free-shipping threshold?

Nothing changes. Every original calculated shipping choice is returned.

Does Free stop when a Pro license expires?

No. The Free store-wide rule continues locally; only Pro zone and extra-method choices turn off.
