Services covered
StoreFixKit provides WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, documentation, support intake, optional paid plans, downloads, and license management services. StoreFixKit free plugins run on a merchant's WordPress site without a StoreFixKit account or paid license.
Optional Pro plans add the product-specific controls described on each product and pricing page. Stripe Checkout handles trials, subscriptions, and direct purchases; StoreFixKit receives the verified checkout and subscription state needed to issue and manage a product-bound license.
Accounts and licenses
- Free plugin use. You may use the free plugin under its GPL license terms.
- Optional paid plans. A paid plan grants access to StoreFixKit license services for the plan term and site limit shown at checkout.
- License keys. You are responsible for keeping license keys private and using them only on sites you control or are authorized to manage.
- Abuse. We may suspend access for fraud, payment abuse, attempts to attack the service, or use that harms other customers.
Payment, renewal, and refunds
Stripe processes payment details and checkout sessions. StoreFixKit does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
The Thank You Page for Contact Form 7, Coupon Links for WooCommerce, and Free Shipping Amount Left for WooCommerce Pro plans include a 14-day trial with no card required at the start. You may add a payment method through Stripe's hosted billing flow before the trial ends. If no payment method has been added, the subscription is configured to cancel at the end of the trial.
If a payment method is added, the annual price shown at checkout is charged when the 14-day trial ends and the subscription renews annually until canceled. Cancellation through the Stripe-hosted customer portal normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe Checkout or applicable law states otherwise. Canceling or losing Pro access does not disable the free core workflow.
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you need help with a refund, contact [email protected] with the checkout email, plan, and order details.
Support
Support is provided through the StoreFixKit support form and email fallback. To reproduce issues, we may ask for your site URL, plugin version, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, license suffix, screenshots, and exact steps.
Do not send full passwords, full license keys, hosting root credentials, or payment card details in a support ticket unless we explicitly provide a secure method for that purpose.
Availability and changes
We work to keep StoreFixKit services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update plugins, documentation, checkout pages, pricing, and license services to improve reliability, security, or product fit.
Liability
Store owners are responsible for testing plugin behavior, email delivery, checkout flows, backups, and compatibility with their themes and plugins before relying on StoreFixKit in production. StoreFixKit is not responsible for lost sales, lost data, or indirect damages to the maximum extent allowed by law.
