Free plugin data
StoreFixKit Back In Stock Notifier stores subscriber data in the merchant's own WordPress database. This includes the subscriber email address, product ID, variation ID, subscription status, unsubscribe token, a hashed IP value, a shortened user agent, and operational timestamps.
The free storefront subscription workflow does not send shopper subscriber emails to StoreFixKit servers.
Thank You Page for Contact Form 7 stores only selected form IDs, page IDs, and enabled state. It does not store submitted form fields. Coupon Links for WooCommerce stores saved coupon-link mappings and one pending coupon value in the shopper's WooCommerce session; it does not collect click analytics. Free Shipping Amount Left for WooCommerce stores display settings and reads the current WooCommerce cart, shipping package, and matched method without storing customer addresses or cart contents in its own table.
These three free plugins do not send public visitor, form, cart, coupon, or shipping data to StoreFixKit. They create no StoreFixKit analytics event.
Optional license service data
When an administrator activates or deactivates an optional Pro license, the plugin sends the license key and site URL to https://api.storefixkit.com. StoreFixKit may store license status, plan, site limit, activated site URL, timestamps, and related operational logs needed to run the license service.
Checkout data
Optional paid checkout is handled by Stripe Checkout. Stripe may collect payment method, billing, tax, fraud prevention, and checkout session data according to Stripe's own terms and privacy notices. StoreFixKit receives webhook and checkout details needed to create and manage licenses, such as checkout session ID, plan, subscription status, and customer email.
Some Pro products include a 14-day trial with no card required at the start. If you choose to continue, Stripe's hosted customer portal collects and updates the payment method. StoreFixKit requests a short-lived Stripe-hosted portal URL using the verified checkout customer and does not receive or store the full card number.
Support data
When you open a support ticket, StoreFixKit collects the information you submit, which may include email address, subject, category, severity, site URL, plugin version, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, license suffix, page URL, message, and screenshots or details you choose to provide.
We use support data to troubleshoot issues, respond to requests, identify product improvements, and protect the service from abuse.
Early access research data
When you join an early access research list, StoreFixKit collects the product candidate, email address, optional store URL, monthly order range, current solution, problem description, annual price preference, consent, source page, a shortened user agent, a hashed IP value, and operational timestamps.
We use this data to measure whether a proposed plugin has enough real demand to justify development, avoid duplicate responses, contact you only about that product research, and protect the form from abuse. Joining a research list does not create a purchase, reservation, or delivery commitment.
Technical logs
StoreFixKit services may record server logs such as request time, IP address, user agent, endpoint, response status, and error details. These logs are used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
StoreFixKit also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page-view and performance measurement. Cloudflare states that this beacon does not use cookies, local storage, or individual fingerprinting to collect usage metrics. See Cloudflare's data collection documentation.
Retention and deletion
Merchants control subscriber records stored inside their own WordPress site, including plugin uninstall cleanup. StoreFixKit retains license, checkout, support, research, and operational records as long as needed to provide the service, evaluate demand, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain security.
